Bring in what you already have

Most providers do not start from nothing. They have policies in a shared drive, a few in an inbox and one or two on paper. Accorda takes them as they are: drag and drop as many files at once as you like, and each one is checked, given an editable title from its filename, and assigned a visibility before anything is published.

From there the AI reviews each policy against the standards that apply to you, flags the gaps and suggests improvements. It can draft updates for you to consider. It suggests; you approve. Nothing changes without a person signing off.

Version control that auditors understand

The expectation has shifted from "do you have a policy?" to "can you prove it was current, acknowledged and followed?" Every version of every policy is kept, dated and attributable, so when an auditor asks what the procedure said on a given date, the answer is a record rather than a memory.

• The current version is obvious; earlier versions stay on the record
