What changes

Providers who have operated unregistered will be audited against the NDIS Practice Standards for the first time. The standards expect documented policies that staff have acknowledged, incident and complaints registers, worker screening on file, and evidence that the provider checks its own compliance. Reform timing and scope are subject to ongoing legislation; confirm specifics for your service with the Commission.
