Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Plans differ by team size, and every provider gets the complete system: policies, sign-offs, training, incidents, complaints and risk registers, credentials, internal audit, evidence packs and Regulatory Radar.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial runs 14 days with full features and no credit card. If you do not continue, your account becomes read-only, your records are not deleted, and you can choose a plan whenever you are ready.
What does the setup service include?
Optional white-glove setup for a one-off $499: send us your policies, team list and branding and we configure your policies, team and frameworks for you. Most providers are fine self-serve.
Can we add users beyond the plan limit?
Yes. Basic, Standard and Pro each carry a per-user price for extra seats, shown on the plan card. Solo is a single user.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Plans are monthly. Your records are yours: export your data whenever you like.
