The platform problem

A platform does not have a staff room. Workers join, leave and work across many participants, and the Practice Standards still expect every one of them to have acknowledged the policies, hold current screening and know how to report an incident. That is a per-person evidence problem, and a spreadsheet cannot keep up with it.
